Judge’s Critique and photos
Firstly I would like to thank the officers and committee for inviting me to Judge their Limit show. Many thanks to the stewards who run the ring and made the day an enjoyable one. And lastly thanks to everyone that entered a well-run show with great atmosphere.
Minor puppy dog;
-
Ballindona Benromach Black Brindle of nearly 9 mths nice shaped head with a good mouth. Dark Eye and neat ears, straight front, good feet that were turned down nicely. Good Top line, bend of stifle and moved well. BPD+BPIS. A good future ahead for this boy.

Bullbrothers Dr Who. Another nice puppy with a keen expression, lacked in maturity to my winner but still a well-made puppy.

Puppy dog;

Deldenas Black Shadow 10mth Black Brindle that fits the standard, nice deep skull dark well placed eye, neat ears when he put them up. Good angle on front and rear. Top line ok on the move, but a little ring shy which let him down on the final line up.

Pendlestaff Fire Storm, nice red with pleasing head shape, nicely placed eyes, dark. Neat front, level top line good bend of stifle. Just little longer in back than my first place.

Junior dog;

Albermarbull Gambler for Staffmaster. Fawn and white dog that stood out for me today. Good deep through head, good bite, clean lipped. Dark well shape eye and neat ears, short neck went into well laid shoulder, nice spring of rib, good top line, and nice angulation on rear. Moved well both ways. BD + RBIS.

Waystaff Ministry for Excellence; another lovely dog with good head shape, well set coal black eyes and neat ears. Well off for bone good angles on front and rear. Moved well very close just preferred cleaner head on my 1st place. RBD.

Yearling dog;

Barielle Field Marshall; Black brindle with white, nice clean head shape, round eyes, mouth ok, good length of neck, straight front with good shoulders. Level top line which is kept on the move, nice turn of stifle, little erratic on the move.

Fergiestaffs Olympic Flame; red and white with pleasing head shape, dark eye, neat ears. Good top line moved ok. Just preferred the front on my 1st place.

Novice Dog;
1. Megansmambo Duke; 3rd in puppy dog. Strong in the head, short muzzle with good ears. Good eye set, straight front, level top line moved well. Just too much for me today.
Post Graduate Dog;

Albermarbull Running Riot. Red with white. Clean head shape, tidy ears dark round eyes, good mouth. Good top line kept on the move. Good rear angulation moved with drive.

Magical Apache. 3rd in a hard junior class. Brindle with all that was said about my 1st placed but a little bit lighter set.

Limit Dog;

Alvis White Lighting. All white dog with good pigmentation, strong deep head tidy ears, dark eyes, strong neck which led into good angled shoulders, good top line nice tuck up in loin. Short in the back. Powerful rear end, moved well. Just lost a bit of interest in final line up which lost him RBD.

Listcall Town Cryer. Dark brindle good front level top line, nice bend of stifle moved well, preferred the compact in my winner

Roughnecks Sun Dance Kid at Alvis. Red and White clean head distinct stop, rose ears well set eye, good length of neck, good angles on front, good top line moved well with drive.

Waystaff What A Cracker, good head with dark eye, ears a little high good shoulder, moved well. Close between these two but preferred the substance of my winner.

Master Chankast. Stood alone but nice black brindle and white. Kept his head shape for age, neat ears, round eye, straight front, good top line certainly enjoyed his day out.

Ballindona Caol Ila. Brindle Bitch coming up to 9mth lovely head shape with keen expression, nice dark round well placed eye, neat ears, good mouth good front with turned out feet, good topline nice hind quarters with good tail set, moved well.

Ossydream’s Calamity Jane at Barielle. Another top draw puppy at 7mths lacked maturity in the head as my 1st but an all-round well balanced bitch, moved well. These two girls have bright futures.

Eclypstaff C’est La Vie avec Tikkurilan. Top size black brindle with nice head shape deep stop. Good mouth tight lips, good ears and eyes. Well off for bone in front with nice feet, good angulation front and rear. Good movement and level top line.

Briganah Black Caviar. Another good bitch but slighter than my first. Good Clean head. Correct Bite neat ears, lovely expression, nice front let down by feet. Good bend in stifle, top line kept on the move.

1st Mosstrooper Making Mischief at Waystaff. Classy Skewbald that took my eye, clean head, neat ears, good bite, dark eye with good pigment. Strong neck which went into a well laid shoulders, well off for bone, tight feet, level top line nice spring of rib good bend of stifle, moved well BPB+ RBB.

2nd Tagstane Calamity Jane. Stronger head bitch than my 1st, dark eye, good mouth, strong under jaw, but held her ears higher, good front tight fee, good rib, level top line, nice turn in stifle, moved well.

Seenworstaff Storm Warning at Joemikeste JW. Quality Red and white, bang on standard, clean headshape with deep stop, neat rose ears, nice length of neck, good angulation front and rear, tidy turned out feet, ample spring of rib, top line ok with was held on the move, moved with drive on well-muscled hind quarters turned out in tip top condition. BB+BIS.

Tagstane Who Says. 3rd in strong junior class but still a nice compact bitch strong in head, dark eye, good bone, tight feet, good top line. Moved well. Preferred cleaner head on winner.

Acutestaff Positive Light at Gamecelt. Really like this Brindle lovely deep head with good bite, dark well placed eyes, neat ears. Well off for bone on front with tidy turned out feet. Ample rib, nice hind quarters, moved well. Pushed for RBB but let down by top line on final line up.

1st Howfenstaff Paddy’s girl at Paljaz. Strong compact black brindle. Powerful head with good mouth. Dark well placed eye, neat ears. Well boned front with tidy feet, good rib. Well angled strong rear, moved best in her class, carrying a little weight.

2nd Fergiestaff Masked Girl. Good quality bitch, clean head good bite straight front, ample rib, little longer in the back than my first, good hind quarters, moved ok.
3rd Ballindona Enchantment.

Waystaff Little Cracker. Brindle and white. Compact not overdone on any department, clean head, tight lipped with good mouth, dark eye correct length in neck leads into good shoulders and front, good top line, in hard condition.

Pendlestaff Brindle Babe at Tikkurilan. Other end of the scale to my winner, deep through head, nice lay in shoulder, good feet turned out. Level top line that was kept on the move, longer cast than 1st, good bend in stifle. Moved well.

Veteran Bitch;

Stormpike Cleopatra of Tikkurilan. 11yr old black brindle deep through head, dark eye, neat ears good front, level top line, nice spring of rib. Little tuck up in loin, nice rear quarters moved ok, in good condition.

Exquisite Ebony Lady. 13 yr old everything that was said about my first. Two lovely old ladies that enjoyed their day.
